INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

For adults and teens, individual therapy provides a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. Whether used on its own or alongside family or couples counseling, it helps you build insight, improve emotional regulation, and develop self-trust. Your personalized treatment plan may include various therapeutic techniques tailored to address the deeper roots of your challenges.

FAMILY THERAPY

Depending on family dynamics, family therapy can be structured in a variety of ways. I may see the family together—or sometimes separately—without a child present. Parents of younger kids often face different issues than parents of teenagers. For example, teens might need to work directly with me to find their voice, build resilience, and navigate the tricky teenage years (and yes, "they aren’t talking to me" is a common comment from parents). Meanwhile, younger kids might participate in family sessions to help parents better support their emotional development and understand their needs.

COUPLES THERAPY

In sessions, we'll identify what each of you hopes to achieve and work together to align those goals. From there, we’ll develop a plan to help you move in the direction that’s right for both of you. I use a collaborative approach from evidence-based methods such as EFT, Gottman Method, and Terry Reel—whether your ultimate goal is to strengthen your relationship, decide to part ways amicably, or simply gain clarity—my focus is on helping you create a meaningful, authentic path forward—whatever that may look like for your unique situation.

EVIDENCED-BASED TREATMENTS—THE METHODS THAT WORK!

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT)

For: depression, unhealthy though patterns and behaviors, anxiety symptoms and other related anxiety disorders such as OCD, phobias, and panic.

Parent Management Training (PMT)

For: challenging behaviors, behavior modification, reinforcing boundaries, improving parent-child relationships

Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT)

For: child & parent/caregiver who has experienced PTSD, abuse, neglect, or other distressing events. It is designed to help them process and heal from traumatic experiences while reducing symptoms like anxiety, flashbacks, and emotional distress.

Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT)

For: individuals and couples seeking to understand and process their emotions to improve mental health and relationships. It is particularly effective for addressing emotional pain, strengthening intimacy, resolving conflicts, and fostering greater emotional awareness and regulation.

Gottman Method Couples Therapy

For: couples seeking to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and build a deeper emotional connection. It is effective for resolving conflicts, increasing intimacy, and fostering trust, helping couples create a healthier, more resilient partnership.

Therapy is an investment in your well-being—and that pricing should be clear and straightforward. Our current session rates are comparable to clinicians in the area. If you have questions or need support navigating affordability, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Accepted Insurance: Cigna and Aetna

All other insurance is considered “Out-of-Network.” A superbill will be provided for you to submit to any insurance providers not listed above which can be applied to your deductible and subsequent reimbursement.

Individual Session, 50 minutes: $200

Couples Session, 60 minutes: $300
