In couples therapy, I create a safe, supportive space where both of you can honestly explore your feelings, frustrations, and hopes. But fair warning: growth often involves a little discomfort—so be prepared for those hard conversations and tough truths. I will challenge you to face those difficult moments with courage and curiosity.
